Warranty

Custom Contract Furnishings DBA Complete Contract “CCF” warrants to the original purchaser that its product will be free from defects in workmanship and material, given normal use and care, for a period of 1year from the date of the initial delivery. CCF's obligation and the Purchaser's remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement at CCF's option. This warranty does not apply to any item that is damaged due to misuse, negligence, alteration, abuse, or accident.

CCF does not warrant any fabric, whether supplied by customer or us. We cannot accept responsibility for any fabric defects, color variations or flaws in COM fabrics. In the event it should become necessary to require service under the CCF warranty, you must contact your local CCF representative or CCF customer service for approval.

For component parts furnished by CCF, but manufactured by others, the written warranty, if any, of the manufacturer will be assigned to the original purchaser. However, CCF does not adopt and does not guarantee or represent that the manufacturer will comply with any of the terms of the warranty of such manufacturer.

There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

We exclude and will not pay any consequential or incidental damages under this warranty.
