We manufacture in our company owned 80,000+ sq ft factory located in High Point, NC. Our craftsmen are experienced, dedicated employees who take great pride in their work, right down to the last minute detail. We offer complete custom manufacturing with an in-house sample department, CAD system for detail specifications/product engineering and electronic order entry through our email system. Our custom capabilities include the ability to manufacture from your specs, color match finishings and a variety of foam options to meet
your specifications. All of our products are produced with Cal 117 foam as standard however we are well versed in manufacturing products to meet more rigid fire codes, such as TB 133. Our infrastructure is designed to handle large or small orders with project managers assigned to monitor your order. We are experienced in all fabric areas and are set-up to handle COM.
